The Universe is Intelligent. Infinite of Intelligent. We say that the Universe is Infinite in Space and Time. We say it is Infinite in Manifestation. We say that. Sprung his Existence from the LOVE of the Divine. We say that the Universe, like its Divine Creator, is Omnipresent, Omnipotent, Omniscient. We say that the Universe can fulfill all our Desires, like the Spirit in Aladdin's Lamp.
Remember the words of the Spirit in Aladdin's Lamp: "Your wish is my command ." I am sure you would like to have such a Spirit around you, a Supernatural Being who will fulfill all your Desires. I say Desires and not Dreams because Desire and Dreams are notions with entirely different meanings. A Desire appears instantly in your Mind as a result of external stimulus. For example, you see a beautiful horse and want one like it, without thinking that you can't keep it and take care of it in the apartment on the 30th floor of the block where you live.
If a Spirit like the one in the story with Aladdin will instantly fulfill your Desires, it will confuse you enormously in your daily Life. The Dream is entirely different. A Dream is not a fleeting Desire that comes and goes. You build a dream every day, sometimes moment by moment, year after year. On a good, beautiful, and bright day, your Dream will materialize if you work with Professionalism, Dedication, Detachment, and LOVE in its Fulfillment.
That spirit that satisfies all your whims has nothing to do with your Life because it will confuse you terribly and will prevent you from discovering, building, and fulfilling the Dream of your Life. It will prevent you from evolving, learning, and capitalizing on the Infinite Potential with which you were born. The spirit will push you to behave like a ragged child who wants one or the other, but in fact, he wants nothing, but only for those around him to obey him and satisfy all his whims. Notice this phenomenon around you, in the world we all live in today.
Work with the Universe! Work with the Divine! Work with the Being in your Heart and with your Mind, with the Power of your Creativity, in the Fulfillment of your Dream. The Manifestation of the Dream will not be Instantaneous, but at the right time for you, at the moment when you will be ready to receive the Fulfillment of your Dream, the Fulfillment will manifest Fully in your Life.
There is also what we call Instantaneous Manifestation. Still, until we get to say "apple," for example, and in our palm to materialize at the same time an apple, we have to climb a Ladder with many Evolutionary Steps. As we ascend each Step, we will expand our Knowledge and Understanding; we will capitalize more and more on the Inner Potential now in the Latent State, experience, and acquire Wisdom.
The Secret of Instant Manifestation is not a Secret, but a Way of Life, a Way of Approaching Life. It is a Manifest Attitude in Perfect Harmony with the Principles of Life, the Principles of the Surrounding Nature, and the Principles of the Universe. It is Inner and Outer Discipline; it is Manifest Inner Power, it is Manifest Intelligence. Each of us can climb this High Stage of Individual Evolution.
Each of those who have reached that Step can bring into Manifestation can materialize with Full Discernment, which is necessary at some point in the world in which we live. He can materialize instantly, or he can choose, for example, to send an Idea by Direct Way to a man whose Mind is on Reception, whose Disciplined Mind listens to the Whispers of his Heart, to a man who has the Inner Attitude necessary to put that idea into practice, a specific time. We will gradually learn the Full Knowledge of the Ways of Manifestation as we climb the Steps of Individual Evolution.
